Gambling should be treated as entertainment, whether it be playing bingo at a local firehall or playing slots and/or casino games online or offline. Being entertainment, if it is longer fun or enjoyable, but you still find yourself gambling, it may be time to look at your habits. The good news is that there is plenty of good help and support available.
A quick assessment can be completed by answering a few simple questions. See a problem gambling questionnaire which is only 20 “Yes” or “No” questions.
We have also listed a few problem or compulsive gambling resources. Find links to website resources, phone numbers and e-mail where it is available.
See our Problem Gambling Questionnaire for a quick and easy assessment.
